FAQs & Store Policies
Because our designs are custom handmade with care, just for you, we can not do exchanges or returns. Please measure yourself according to our video that you can find on our Tutorials page in order to be sure that you are ordering the correct size. We know you will love your custom, one-of-a-kind fashion! If you have any questions about sizing or anything else, feel free to write us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please allow up 6 to 8 weeks for your delivery.
ADJUSTMENTS/REPAIRS AT ONE OF OUR BOOTHS
We will only provide adjustments or accept a piece for repairs onsite under the following conditions:
- YOU MUST MESSAGE US IN ADVANCE before bringing your item to a booth for any adjustments or repairs.
- You must come by the booth first thing in the morning on Saturday or Sunday as we get too busy to be able to help you later in the day.
- Relacing / resizing your corset or doublet will be done for a $10 service charge.
- Grommet and/or rivet replacements can be done onsite for a $10 service charge.
- DO NOT LEAVE YOUR ITEM AT THE BOOTH.
Your privacy is our greatest concern. We do not share any information with third parties. All information that you provide for buying our product is used only once for that product!
We accept payment via most major credit and debit cards.
